FoxShape accepts secure payments through trusted payment processors used across the United States. All payments are processed in USD, and your order is confirmed once the payment is authorized and approved.

Authorization Holds
Some banks place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order. This is not a charge. If your order is canceled or the authorization expires, the hold will typically be released automatically by your bank. Timing depends on your bank.

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, try:

FoxShape cannot override bank declines.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel an eligible order or return an item based on our Return & Refund Policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank, but most refunds appear within a few business days after processing.
Chargebacks and Disputes
