FoxShape accepts secure payments through trusted payment processors used across the United States. All payments are processed in USD, and your order is confirmed once the payment is authorized and approved.

Authorization Holds

Some banks place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order. This is not a charge. If your order is canceled or the authorization expires, the hold will typically be released automatically by your bank. Timing depends on your bank.

Taxes and Pricing

Prices are shown in USD.

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

FoxShape may update prices and promotions at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, try:

• Confirming billing address details match your bank records

• Using a different payment method

• Contacting your bank for approval

FoxShape cannot override bank declines.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel an eligible order or return an item based on our Return & Refund Policy, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank, but most refunds appear within a few business days after processing.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a payment or an order, contact us first so we can solve it quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions or future order cancellations.
